Comment : Hips π¨ LAST CALL β This Saturday.
This workshop is for every body. Whether you have never done pigeon pose or you are working toward full Lotus β there is a place for you in this room.
Here is what we will explore together β
Beginner β Childβs pose, Butterfly, Reclined Figure Four. Gentle, accessible, deeply releasing. No experience needed.
Intermediate β Lizard, Pigeon, Double Pigeon. Long holds that go deeper than any regular class allows. Where the real release begins.
Advanced β Full Lotus, Hanumanasana, Kapotasana. For the practitioner ready to go all the way in.
Why Lotus? Let me tell you.
The Lotus is not just the most iconic posture in all of yoga. It is one of the most profound symbols in the entire eastern tradition.
The Lotus flower grows in muddy water. Its roots reach down into the mud β the dark, the difficult, the messy, the unresolved. And from that same mud it pushes upward through the water and blooms above the surface β completely clean, completely open, untouched by what it grew through.
That is not just a beautiful image.
That is your practice.
You bring everything into this room. Every stressful week, every tight hip, every thing you have been carrying. You root down into it. You breathe through it. You stay.
And something opens.
That is Lotus. That is what Saturday is about.
Not the shape of the posture.
What the posture means.
Open Your Hips. Open Your Life.
