🎙️ Longevity isn’t just about living longer—it’s about living better.

I had the honor of being a guest on the Legends of Longevity Podcast with Joseph Ense, where we had a fascinating conversation about what it really means to optimize healthspan and longevity.

We talked about everything from preventive and functional medicine to some of the cutting-edge technologies that are changing the way we approach aging—including EXOMIND. 🧠✨

Because longevity isn’t only about protecting your heart, muscles, bones, and metabolism.
Your brain has to come along for the ride.

EXOMIND represents an exciting new approach to brain health, using noninvasive magnetic stimulation to target specific areas of the brain involved in mood and mental health.

I loved having the opportunity to talk about where medicine is headed—and why I believe the future of longevity is about being proactive rather than waiting for disease to happen.

What if better sleep started with your brain? 🧠💤

Sheryl has struggled with sleep for as long as she can remember. Falling asleep was difficult, and truly restorative sleep often felt out of reach.

Then she tried EXOMIND.

Now, she’s falling asleep much faster—and her Oura Ring is showing improvements in her sleep quality, too. 🙌

For Sheryl, the difference has been life-changing.

EXOMIND uses noninvasive brain stimulation designed to influence neural networks involved in mood and mental well-being. And when the brain is less “stuck on,” better sleep may follow.

✨ No medications
✨ Noninvasive
✨ Comfortable, relaxing sessions
✨ No downtime

Sleep affects EVERYTHING—your mood, hormones, metabolism, cognition, immune function, and how you feel every single day.
Sheryl spent a lifetime struggling with sleep.

She’s thrilled with the changes she’s experiencing.

Ready to see what EXOMIND could do for you? 🧠✨

We have the power to change minds. 🧠✨

EXOMIND is changing the way we think about mental wellness—using advanced, noninvasive brain stimulation to target the neural networks involved in mood, thought patterns, and cognitive function.

For people struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD symptoms, stress, burnout, attention/focus challenges, or disrupted sleep, the answer doesn’t always have to begin with another medication.

EXOMIND treatments are:
✨ Noninvasive
✨ Medication-free
✨ Gentle and comfortable
✨ No anesthesia
✨ No downtime
✨ Designed to support healthier brain activity

Imagine being able to help the brain shift the patterns that keep you feeling stuck.
Better mood.
Clearer thinking.
Improved focus.
A calmer mind.
Better quality of life.

Because mental health deserves more than a one-size-fits-all approach.

✨ Meet Hanna. She’s 15—and she’s already noticing a difference. 🧠💛

Hanna has been struggling with stress, anxiety, and panic attacks—things that can feel incredibly overwhelming, especially during the teenage years.

Since beginning EXOMIND treatments, Hanna and her family have noticed encouraging improvements. ❤️

She’s feeling:
✨ Less stressed
✨ Less anxious
✨ Fewer struggles with panic attacks
✨ More like herself again

And hearing a 15-year-old describe the changes she’s experiencing is exactly why we’re so excited to be able to offer this technology.

EXOMIND uses noninvasive magnetic stimulation to target areas of the brain involved in mood and emotional regulation—without medication, needles, or anesthesia.

Mental health struggles don’t only affect adults. Adolescence can be an incredibly vulnerable time, and early support matters.

Hanna’s story is her individual experience, and results vary—but we’re so grateful to her and her family for allowing us to share her journey. 💛

🧠 There is hope. There are options. And asking for help is a sign of strength.

👻 Say BOO to bladder leaks!

Laughing, sneezing, coughing, jumping, or exercising shouldn’t come with an unwanted surprise.

EMSELLA is a non-invasive treatment designed to strengthen the pelvic floor using high-intensity electromagnetic energy—all while you remain fully clothed and comfortably seated.

A stronger pelvic floor can help improve:
✨ Stress and urge urinary incontinence
✨ Bladder control
✨ Pelvic floor strength
✨ Confidence with exercise and everyday activities

No needles. No surgery. No downtime. Just sit back and let EMSELLA do the work.

Because the only thing that should be scary this Halloween is your costume. 👻🎃

Itchy ears in your 40s or 50s?

Add this to the list of lesser-known symptoms women may notice during perimenopause.

Estrogen receptors are found throughout the skin, and declining estrogen can affect hydration, collagen, skin thickness, and barrier function. The result can be skin that feels drier, more sensitive, and more prone to itching—including the delicate skin around the ears and ear canal.

Some women describe:
• Persistent itching
• Dry or flaky skin
• A crawling or tickling sensation
• Increased sensitivity
• Feeling like they constantly need to clean their ears

But don’t automatically blame hormones.

Itchy ears can also be caused by eczema or dermatitis, allergies, infection, earwax problems, or irritation from products, earbuds, or hearing aids.

And try not to keep reaching for the Q-tips—they can actually irritate the skin further.

If your itchy ears appeared alongside other changes like irregular periods, hot flashes, sleep disruption, vaginal dryness, skin changes, or brain fog, declining estrogen may be one piece of the puzzle.

Perimenopause affects much more than your periods.
