A thriving baby does not mean the mother isn't struggling.
So when you see a baby growing beautifully, remember to look at the mother, too.
Ask her how she is doing.
Ask what feeding has been like for her.
Remind her that her wellbeing matters just as much as the number on the growth chart.
Because sometimes the strongest-looking breastfeeding journeys are the ones held together by a mother who is quietly giving everything she has.
