One syringe. No surgery.

This liquid rhinoplasty uses 1 mL of Restylane-L filler, placed in three spots:
→ The top of the bridge, between the eyes, to smooth the profile line
→ Just above the tip, to refine the transition
→ The tip itself, for a subtle lift

What it can do: smooth a bump, straighten the profile, and refine the tip.
What it can’t do: make the nose smaller or fix breathing. Those still need surgery.

Why the injector matters: the nose is one of the higher-risk areas for filler because of its blood supply. Technique and anatomy knowledge count here more than almost anywhere else on the face. The upside is that this filler is dissolvable if it ever needs to be adjusted.

What size?

What cup size is that?
There’s no direct conversion. The same implant looks different depending on your chest width, your own breast tissue, and your frame.

Over or under the muscle?
Dual plane, which means partly under the muscle. That gives a softer, more natural slope at the top.

Where’s the scar?
In the crease under the breast, where it’s hidden in the natural fold.

45 year old patient. Two years post-op. A lift, implants, and internal support, all in one surgery.

A lot of women need both volume and a lift. If you only do one, the result usually falls short. Her plan did both, plus a third step that keeps the result supported over time.

What was done:
→ Anchor lift (mastopexy): removes stretched skin and raises the breast. The ni**le stays attached to its blood supply from above, which protects both sensation and healing.
→ 375 cc Mentor MemoryGel Xtra implants, smooth, moderate high profile. They were placed in a dual-plane pocket, meaning partly under the muscle. That gives a softer, more natural slope at the top.
→ GalaFLEX mesh: an internal support for the lower half of the breast. The body gradually absorbs it and builds its own stronger tissue in its place. It helps a lift with implants hold its shape longer.

Facial fat grafting with full-face laser resurfacing at 60 years of age ‼️

Volume loss and skin texture age a face differently and often need to be addressed separately. Fat grafting restores lost volume using the patient’s own fat, softening hollows in the cheeks and temples. Laser resurfacing works on a different layer entirely: it targets sun damage, uneven tone, and rough texture to improve the skin’s actual complexion, not just its shape.
