People assume thereโ€™s a dramatic story behind it. There isnโ€™t. Nothing blew up. Nothing went wrong.

I just got honest with myself about what I actually wanted to do for the next 20 years. And the clinic, as good as it was, wasnโ€™t going to let me do that.

The work I love is one person at a time, with the whole picture in front of me, with the time and access to actually run their system. That doesnโ€™t scale into a clinic. It scales into a concierge practice with a handful of the right people in it.

So in 2024, I made the call to stop running a business that was working and start running one that mattered. Best decision Iโ€™ve ever made.
