A lot of people think they’re hydrated because they drink water all day, but then you look a little closer and it’s a couple glasses of water, a few coffees, maybe an energy drink, and the body is still struggling to actually hold onto hydration at the cellular level.
That’s where minerals and electrolytes matter. Water alone isn’t always enough, especially if your lymphatic system is sluggish or you’re constantly sweating, stressed, working out, or living off caffeine. Sometimes adding a pinch of sea salt, lemon, or coconut water makes a bigger difference than just forcing yourself to drink more plain water all day long.
People are often surprised how much better they feel when the body can actually absorb and use the water they’re drinking instead of just flushing it right back out.
