Claude is that girl he told you not to worry about 😳 🤫

What even is an LLM? I bet his agent doesn’t have as many skills as me. 😉

Ever been in a relationship with a narcissist before you even knew what one was?
or learn that you have to yell to be heard
or cry yourself to sleep because of how unsafe you feel in your mind?
what about feeling so lost and confused by a conversation you just had with your partner you want to run or hide? And not in the direction you should.

all of these experiences creating patterns and reactions in you that you’re embarrassed to even admit to yourself

When you finally find that person that feels like a safe love. It doesn’t just make all your baggage disappear like in the movies. You don’t just get to keep your toxic traits while in a healthy relationship.

instead it all becomes suddenly very visible which consequently makes you feel like you’re standing on stage naked, baring all your sh*t to everyone. because this person you can’t hide behind. their toxicity doesn’t overshadow yours. because they are different.

with them you will learn that in safety there is trust and in trust there is space. Space to feel. Space to be held. While you RELEARN and recreate a new way to love.

Send this to your partner who created this for you.

send this to your friend to help promote hope that they aren’t alone in their battle of growth.

next time your body is reliving in old ways, try a soft moment together. Like holding each other. Taking a few deep breaths together. Feeling the sensation of a calming breath.

When I first met Ryan, the first thing that stood out to me, and not because it was conscious thought. It was what I felt in my body.

I felt safe. Safe to be me. My whole body would relax.

We would talk for hours. I could openly share my hopes, dreams, fears and wounds. And they were all held with the same energy.

Genuine care and interest. He wasn’t judging me or trying to make me different. He wasn’t trying to control or trick me.

It wasn’t until I became aware of this that I realized how wounded or hurt I was from my past relationship.

Eventually my patterns revealed themselves because I never truly healed them.

The hypervigilance I thought was just “being really observant” or “really good at reading the room”

The way I’d brace for impact. Emotional or mental. How I’d start preparing for him to leave before there was even any reason to think he would.

A healthy relationship doesn’t just feel good or safe. It holds up a mirror.

And suddenly you can see all the places you protect yourself from love instead of receiving it. How you self sabotage or still act with your inner parts as drivers.

How your old ways of being weren’t wrong. You learned them and they served you well, but you can’t take them with you any longer.

It isn’t something to be ashamed of. I truly believe it is what happens when your body finally feels safe enough to tell you the truth.

The question is, are you ready to hear it?

It is telling you “hear this so you can heal this. you are ready dear one”

Send it to the friend who feels likes they are broken so they can know that they are not.

I used to shut down during conflict. I hated it.

It’s like this stubborn two year old would show up, cross her arms and say “No, Im not budging” with her lower lip out
or
A high school version of “I’m not going to forgive so quickly, I still want to be mad.” Would stand her ground.

Being forced to speak when I was still upset seemed nearly impossible.

So we created this unwritten agreed upon rule. When one or both of us is triggered.

We stand up. Grab each other. And dance.

Send this to the person you dance terribly with. 😉

If you mainly breathe into your chest, you’re putting your system in a state of chronic stress.

Or you are in one.

Breathe into your belly instead. You activate the part of your nervous system that relaxes and calms you down.

That’s how we start creating longevity of life.

Tell us below. chest or belly?

Too sensitive? Good.

The world needs more people who feel things. Not less.

Send this to your “sensitive” friends.

We need them ❤️
