While I was predisposed to like Dr. Heiland, (I taught him at Santa Clara University), he exceeded my expectations. He not only takes care of your hearing, he is interested in your total health. As a senior (81 years old), it was refreshing to experience the "care of the whole person" that is foundational in his medical practice.

I’ve been a patient at Scottsdale ENT for the past five years and purchased my hearing aids through them. I can’t say enough great things about their team. The audiologists are knowledgeable, caring, and always available when I need them most.What truly sets them apart is how much they genuinely care about their patients. When my hearing aids needed maintenance, they even loaned me a pair so I wouldn’t have to go without hearing. That level of service and compassion is rare.They have always made my hearing their top priority, and that means the world to me. Scottsdale ENT have been great. Recently I had a mechanical failure on a hearing aid. The doc & staff got me in fast, diagnosed the problem and got the problem fixed in an extremely short turnaround.
