Because surviving an AZ summer should come with a support group.

What is it?
A not-so-serious, totally motivating summer challenge to keep your vibe high and your body movin, even when the heat tries to melt your willpower.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Sweat It):
✅ Crush 20 yoga classes
💧 Hit your daily water goal
📚 Read one damn book

Why?
Because summer is brutal, community is magic, and doing hard things with fun people is the vibe. This challenge is your reminder that you’re not in this alone.

And the cherry on top?
💦 We celebrate with a POOL PARTY.

Aligned with the light and expansion of the Summer Solstice, this workshop invites you into a guided breathwork journey to awaken clarity, vitality, and inner radiance. As the sun reaches its highest point, you’ll be supported in opening to warmth, aliveness, and renewed inner fire.
Led by Sybil Henry - 500 hr RYT, HYU Teacher, and certified breathwork facilitator - this immersive session weaves conscious breathing with a curated, music-infused soundscape to support a deeper inward journey.
