Ten years ago, Co-Founders Erik Osland and Steve Biljan sat down and made a bet. A bet on each other, on an idea, and on the belief that behavioral health could be done differently.

That bet paid off in countless ways. Together, with a whole team behind them, Erik and Steve brought life-changing Collaborative Care to primary care partners across the nation, disrupting healthcare and redefining what it means to treat people—patients and providers.

And today, we’re celebrating Steve’s last day at evolvedMD as he embarks on the next chapter of his journey: focusing on family at home in beautiful San Diego.

Thank you, Steve, for leading behavioral health integration and changing the lives of thousands of patients along the way. You've led our team with compassion, poise, and a genuine desire to disrupt healthcare, and we can't thank you enough for your immense influence!
