If you’ll need medication during our October 16-19 closure, please contact us now so we can help you plan ahead.
Submit refill requests as early as possible and pick up ready prescriptions by Thursday, October 15, at 5:30 PM. Pickups before the move are at our current Osborn Drive location.
Our phones and refill processing will be offline during the move. We reopen Tuesday, October 20, at our new location:

Civic Center Pharmacy is getting ready to welcome you to our new Scottsdale location.
📅 CLOSED: October 16–19
📅 REOPENING: Tuesday, October 20
