Reintroducing Nicole!!

Throughout the last year Nicole has received her license as an Associate Counselor and completed EMDR training. Nicole also has received training in attachment theory and complex trauma. She also draws from her personal wisdom of being the mom to 3 kids! We love having Nicole on our team and appreciate how her kindness uplifts the energy in the room!

What a wonderful Friday gathering in community and learning from Dr. Amy Bjorkman, Licensed Psychologist, SEP! Amy presented on Working with Attachment in Real Time and spoke to the importance of incorporating an attachment and nervous system lens to support clients. Amy demonstrated how Somatic Experiencing and Dynamic Attachment Re-patterning experience (DARe) can help ease the nervous system and facilitate opportunities for attachment repair in the therapy room.
