Do you have goals?
Your reaction to this question says it all. If you're like me, my instinct when asked this question recently was, "Yes!", followed by a confusing minute or so of realizing my goals weren't crystal clear in my mind. I'm certain there are others who can quickly and easily tel me their goals and explain what steps they are taking to achieve them. Those are the folks who are about to reach their goals.
"Ok Doc, great, so I'll set some goals if you'll just shut up. Tell me how."
1.Break down your life into compartments of your choice: relationships/spirituality/health/professional.
2.Assign a goal to each.
3.Stop using energy elsewhere.

I've heard 30+ patients say so this week.
"How's your diet been?", I ask.
All but 2 have said they've been eating like crap.
