🏃‍♂️ Jeremiah’s Journey is still happening!

Tomorrow from 8:30-12:30 is the last day to drop off donations at Squires Chiropractic in Scottville and Manistee.

The 50-mile North Country Trail ultramarathon we originally planned for Saturday has unfortunately been canceled by the race director due to circumstances outside of our control.

But we said we were going to run for Jeremiah — and we’re still running! 💪

This Saturday morning at 6:00 AM, Dr. Weston Squires and Dr. Dylan Hearns and a team of athletes will run a full marathon — from Squires Chiropractic in Scottville to our Manistee office.

We can’t thank everyone enough for the donations and support for Jeremiah’s Journey. The distance may have changed, but the reason remains the same.

From the Squires family, celebrating the small businesses that make West Michigan feel like home.

This week’s Worth the Stop was a little sweeter—and a lot more hands-on! 🫐

We spent the afternoon at Couturier Blueberry Farm in Ludington, picking blueberries together as a family.

And the best part? The fun doesn’t have to end when you leave the farm.

🫐 🥞 The kids recommend: Save some of your berries for fresh blueberry pancakes the next morning!

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Mom & Dad recommend: Make an afternoon of it. Pick a bucket, enjoy some fresh air, and take home enough blueberries to stock the freezer.

Worth the Stop has become one of our favorite ways to experience the communities we’re fortunate to call home and to introduce our kids to the local businesses and traditions that make West Michigan so special.

Some summer traditions never get old, an ice cream cone in hand, a walk through a small town, and making memories together.

This week’s Worth the Stop is Pentwater House of Flavors! Whether you’re wrapping up a beach day or just looking for a reason to visit one of West Michigan’s favorite towns, this stop is worth it.

🍦 The kids recommend: Superman ice cream with sprinkles.

🍨 Mom & Dad recommend: Michigan Pot Hole ice cream, followed by a stroll while you enjoy your treat.
