We will not have a provider working August 24th - 27th. If you have a standing order for lab or injection, licensed staff will be present. We will reopen with full services on Monday August 31st.

Please note the office will not have a provider in office tomorrow afternoon (April 16th). Providers will see patients for office visits until noon. Nursing staff will be present for any standing orders for lab or injections until closing at 4pm.
