What can herbs actually do for your skin?🌿

Angela talks about using internal and topical herbs to support things like acne, dryness, redness, eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea - while also looking at what else might be going on in the body, from digestion to stress to hormonal changes.

Summer is actually the season to clear it, not just cope with it. This is the TCM principle of treating winter disease in summer. 🔥❄️
