Birth doesn’t always happen the way we imagined, but that first moment together? The joy, the relief, the overwhelming realization that our baby is finally here

That’s the good stuff. And those moments deserve to be celebrated, no matter how your baby makes their entrance into the world.

The moment everything changes.

The intensity of labor, the relief of finally meeting your baby, the emotions that come flooding in, and the hands that held you through it all.

Birth is messy and beautiful and overwhelming and sometimes all of those things at once.

And this? This is why I love documenting it.
