Beginning January 20, 2025 via telehealth / zoom:
Registration is currently open for the next 12-week intensive therapy program (liberation-oriented, relational, solution focused) which is intended for 4-5 adults in WA state who have been to or considered IOP but need a more therapy oriented intensive. You may have experienced complex trauma (also known as FOO, C-PTSD, PTSD); they may also be neurospicy (neurodiverse, neurodivergent, autistic, ADHD), BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S who have experienced chronic complex trauma by virtue of living in and experiencing our society, culture and institutions.

Group sessions will meet 5pm-7pm PT on Mondays and Thursdays for the duration of the program. Individual sessions will be scheduled at time that works for you. The first step for registering is to book a free consultation! We’ll talk about your goals, your questions and whatever else comes up. If you’d like to proceed, then I’ll provide you with paperwork and lock in your spot with a $150 deposit.

The price for the program is $4500 which breaks down to $75/hour - much more affordable than most other options. I do not accept insurance but I can offer a superbill to submit for out of network coverage and I can offer a payment plan.

Hi Everyone! Spreading the word that registration is open for my next 12-Week Intensive Therapy Program!

Are you an adult ready to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing? If so, I invite you to join me for the next 12-week intensive therapy program. Each week will include a Discovery Group focused on exploration of the self and developing skills; an Experience Group focused on practicing and playing with new ways of relating to others; and the option to include individual psychotherapy to support you with your individual needs as you move through the program.

Program Dates: The first group session will be held on 7/10/2023 and the final group session will be on 10/5/2023. There will be a one week break in the middle of the program.
