What will you learn in the EBV Blueprint? Here’s your eight-week outline. 🗺️

We begin with the EBV Root Cause Map, then explore targeted supplements, food, lymphatic flow, adrenal, thyroid, sleep solutions for EBV, as well as environmental factors, exactly how Kasia has been training her clients over the years.

Week 4 gives you time to integrate what you’ve learned, with no new material. In Week 8, you bring it together into your roadmap forward: you will learn how to keep EBV from reactivating, so you can live your life without fear of the virus coming back. You will also learn what to do if for some reason you start reactivating, so you can stop EBV in its tracks just within 48 hours or so.

The program is self-guided, with video lessons, resource guides and action checklists to help you put the learning into practice.
