Ma*****na got moved to Schedule III in April. Psilocybin, despite an identical legal push, got left off the list — and the lawyer who filed the petition wants to know why.

Dr. Sunil Aggarwal's petition to move psilocybin from Schedule I to Schedule II has been under DOJ review since August 2025. In April, DOJ rescheduled ma*****na. Psilocybin wasn't included, and the reason why is more political than scientific.
