This patient came to us with a complicated nasal history — a broken nose from several childhood sports injuries and two previous septoplasty procedures to address her breathing issues. Despite that, she was still dealing with nasal airway obstruction and a profile she wasn't happy with.

Her goals for this revision:

✔️ Reduce the dorsal hump
✔️ Create a subtle ski-slope contour
✔️ Create a slightly narrower, more refined tip
✔️ Resolve the nasal airway obstruction
