A boundary is not what you think it is.
Most of us learn it as a wall — proof that we finally stood up for ourselves. But the “no” isn’t the work. The “no” just clears the room.
What happens in that cleared space is the actual practice: rest. Repair. Reconnection. Care. Boundaries protect your capacity — they don’t create it.
Here’s the part I want to name, though: I can’t tell you where your walls are. You already know. In session, the moments that change things are almost never the ones where I offer an interpretation. They’re the ones where you say something out loud and then go quiet, because you heard it too.
You are the expert on your own life. I’m a guide — I hold the map steady while you decide where you’re going. The insight was always there.
What did your last boundary make room for?
