Trustworthy: We are looking for someone who understands that entering someone’s home or business can be a vulnerable situation which comes with privacy, respect and communication. All of our employees are background checked to ensure the upmost professionalism.
Accountability: Word is bond. Plain and simple. SCBM is looking for professionals who values time, and understands that we are providing a time sensitive service and often revolves around busy personal schedules, Airbnb check in/out times, and local business hours. SCBM employees are expected to have a working cell phone with reliable service, and a working vehicle with insurance and drivers license.
Attention to detail: Clean means clean. At SCBM we pride ourselves on attention to detail and going the extra mile. We offer top to bottom cleaning which requires an eye for seeing discrepancies, and ensuring they are not over looked when it comes to cleaning surfaces in plain sight, or those hard to reach areas high and low. SCBM is looking for someone who can reach, bend, lift, kneel and utilize step ladders to ensure nothing is missed.
Cleaning and organizing: can you not function in a messy, cluttered or dirty environment? Is the need for a clean space in your blood?? While anyone can be trained, we are looking for individuals who genuinely like to clean as this makes for a better work day environment for you. SCBM provides training to ensure you are set for success and continue to provide excellent results for each client, each visit.

Requirements:
5+ years of cleaning experience
Working car WITH VALID drivers license and insurance with proof.
Working cell phone
COVID-19 vaxxed
Pass Background check and drug test
