Sun & Sound bath

Taking in the pause to pivot into peace... listening to my intuition, my inner requests, i grant them with ease

Nervous system is needing the quiet, these trees surrounding me bring comfort, the solar orb warms me, the various song birds sharing their tunes resonates fully, my breath softens, deepens, the puget sound waves whisper a calling, a message "be in stillness"
I allow the calm to envelope me, I feel the hum within me

So grateful for the healing energy nature offers, endlessly

Pause for self peace

Waking up to the idea of welcoming more self care on the daily.

That said there are other fantastic simple pleasures to offer self when you are needing a pause into peace.

Release and Receive

What brings you JOY?

How often are you stepping into joyous opportunities?

Do you find yourself thinking about SO many joyous moments or are they rare?

Are you actively creating self time that brings joy to your most inner self?

Where are the experiences occurring that are memorable?

Creating an energy which so penetrable, it whispers to you often and frequently to the point that you make it, YOU, a priority to LIVE more, daily, in JOY!

Why does it seem it takes such effort, to participate in an "intentional" practice to give such sacred attention to self and to be super selective with who we allow to create such beauty with?

Is it rare? Rare to share authentically with self first and then aligned other beautiful souls?

The practice of attracting the opportunities, situations, conversations, connections absolutely starts within self, mindset, belief structures and then we birth that frequency to be shared and reciprocated, receiving the release.

Tuning in with our own body-mind connection is an excellent beginning step to a more development, evolved, expansive wellness journey. Massage therapy, sound healing, reiki and even the magical facial experiences i offer, aids in this practice of "release and receive".

Celebrating Full 🌕

The Cancer energy of this Full Moon is quite palpable, to say the least. Whoo weeeeee, anyone else feeling the depth of this super moon!?!?

This fresh full moon starting the new calendar year off with great emotional attention, processing extra long, noticing what is simmering or boiling to the surface from the depth of within!

What wisdom is being revealed?

Some wise take aways~
I'm acknowledging the much needed on going RELEASE. The release of heaviness in thought that transpires into physical holding...releasing anything that is inhibiting flow...body + mind

*I easily release ANY stickiness which is present*

* I am the river, flowing, floating above the river rocks*

I acknowledge my inner most needs and MEET them.

I need emotional and physical security, as we all do.

Full moon is a reminder to keep relaxing into letting go, to keep aligning self with inner knowledge of living your best YOU, to keep accepting the highest of highs with decisions with who we share our heart with, who we allow to influence us, with paths taken that serve us in the present moment.

Create the space for all that needs to come into your living reality. Utilize this Cancer full moon to keep being vulnerable, where it's a superpower, a strength, a chance to become emotionally in balance, to expand and keep elevating.

Return to your Calm

This is certainly a practice for those beautiful souls who FEEL EVERYTHING.

In my life, at least the last decade, being a conscious parent I have 100% evolved with a new deeper dive, if that's even possible and yes indeed it is, to choose to be okay with the practice of returning to my heart center, quantum leaping to calm, portal opening wherever I am, I have choice to step into the frequency of quiet, stillness, calm, softening, self soothing practices.

It's truly a non negotiable, a choice and an absolute MUST.

Choose to recognize all the emotions and move through them all, to the landing place of a focused calm.

Our nervous system is SO intelligent. It speaks so clearly with such conviction. The intricacies of intelligence that is happening every moment within us is a magical highway of expression.

The importance of practicing....

The importance of protecting our shared energy. The importance of refilling our vessel. The importance of limiting our offerings.
*Be selfish*

The importance of being selective with time spent with individuals, only select the ones that truly are aligned.
*Let go, fully, of all the others*

The importance of reconnecting and recognizing chatter occupying our minds, and releasing the noise, creating the boundaries is so crucial for homeostasis to be created.

The importance of setting high standards of self with who we connect with, what we choose to do in our waking life, how we move through our daily engagements, where we meet ourselves, when to let go, when to invite.

The importance to keep a priority the main objective is to live in our calm, to focus on the true yeses and maintain living within our balance.

Massage therapy can bring a heightened connection with your mind and body, creating a beautiful awareness of intelligence, which keeps guiding you in this journey, being human and all the layers within this experience.

Yes to calling in the pause, to reflect with a clear mind, to see and hear all of your steps you've chosen thus far in 2025.

The loose ends are always going to be unraveling. Once the decision is made to forgive self, love self, care for self, honor self the "unachieved" tasks, goals, aspirations are viewed with a neutral eye, a soft gaze, a calm approach, ease is the highlighted emotion, feel into that space!?!
