𝑺𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒆𝒏 & 𝑲𝒊𝒅𝒏𝒆𝒚𝒔 𝑯𝒐𝒍𝒅 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑴𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔
(𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝑰)

Did you know that in Traditional Chinese Medicine, your memories aren’t just stored in your brain?
Your 𝑺𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒆𝒏 and 𝑲𝒊𝒅𝒏𝒆𝒚𝒔 actually play a huge role in how you think, remember, and process life.

The Spleen: Your “Right Now” Memory 💾💾💾

The Spleen is all about short‑term memory, focus, and clear thinking.
When it’s strong, you feel sharp and present.
When it’s tired, you might notice:
📍 Forgetting small things
📍 Feeling foggy
📍 Overthinking or looping thoughts
📍 Trouble concentrating

It’s like your Spleen is the part of you that helps keep your mind organized in the moment.

Strengthen Your Lungs as Nature Begins to Bloom 𖤣.𖥧.𖡼.⚘

In TCM, spring corresponds to the Liver, and when Liver energy becomes too active, it can affect the Lungs and weaken immunity. This is one reason allergies often appear during this season.

Rebalance this connection through acupuncture.

Research shows acupuncture may support weight management by:
🏋🏻‍♀️ 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀
Certain points can influence hormones like ghrelin and help your body respond better to leptin, so you’re not fighting constant hunger, and you're feeling full more naturally.
🏋🏻‍♀️ 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗺𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻’𝘀 𝗵𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀.
By affecting pathways connected to the hypothalamus and the vagus nerve, acupuncture can ease stress‑driven cravings and help your digestion settle into a calmer rhythm.
🏋🏻‍♀️ 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗯𝘀 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀
Using points such as ST36, ST25, CV12, and certain auricular points to improve gut function, and help curb overeating.
