I’m so excited to share that Emily from Atlas Aphasia therapy and I will be hosting a monthly Aphasia Social Club at the Greenwood Library the first Tuesday evening of every month. If you feel anyone with Aphasia could benefit from attending our group, please share!! The focus is socializing, playing games and connecting in a supportive environment.

🧠 TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY 🧠

Whether it is a bump on the head or a critical head injury, TBIs can affect numerous cognitive systems within the brain. Education is key! 🔑
Sometimes, if people can't see the injury, they feel that the person with the TBI should be back to normal within a short period of time, this is not the case for everyone!
