My audiobook is live on Audible!

Living the Maṅgala Sutta is one of those projects that grew out of years of practice, study, writing, and trying to understand how an ancient teaching can actually shape a modern life.

The Maṅgala Sutta identifies 38 conditions that support a deeply blessed life. The book explores those blessings not as abstract ideals, but as things we can intentionally cultivate through how we live, work, love, choose, speak, and practice.

This project means a great deal to me, and I am proud to finally be able to say:

You can now listen to Living the Maṅgala Sutta on Audible.

When was the last time someone really listened to what you had to say?

Meet Paul Jenkinson, a 71-year-old retired social worker who is spending a year travelling across the country with two foldable chairs and a sign that’s says, “You are not alone! I will listen”.

He sets up in parks or public spaces and just waits for anyone who may feel the need to just talk. He wants people to know that they are seen and that no matter what they are going through, good or bad, there’s always someone to listen.

After spending a few hours with him I was amazed at how many strangers would see the sign and stop to chat.

He opened up that when he lost his daughter, he struggled a bit to feel comfortable sharing with people what he was going through because he worried that he wouldn’t be heard or that people would try to find words when no words would be enough.

If you see Paul in your town or city, pull up a chair and say hi.

And remember, you are not alone.

We are so excited for this Fridays episode!

“Being mentally tough doesn’t mean hiding your emotions.”

You can feel everything.
You can try your hardest.
You can show emotion and still be strong.

Real mental toughness isn’t about being emotionless or winning at all costs.
It’s about staying calm, grounded, and true to who you are no matter how loud the outside noise gets.

“One of the best in the world at this sport…
and not afraid to cry on national television.”

That’s strength.

Jackson Erdos is proving that being elite and being emotional are not opposites.

Since sharing his story, he’s received messages from strangers who lost loved ones to suicide… from TV hosts… even from childhood heroes asking him for advice.

Authenticity changes lives.

🎙️ New episode drops THIS FRIDAY.
You’re not going to want to miss this one.
