Seed of Life Chiropractic and Wellness, LLC is a health and wellness facility dedicated to serving Fremont and the Greater Seattle Area.

We recognize that life’s challenges create a unique stress upon the human body. From birth, to childhood falls and tumbles and the stress of work and sports, Chiropractic care is focused on creating and maintaining spinal stability through the elimination of subluxations. Subluxations within the spine prevent the nervous system from functioning at its highest level. When left unaddressed, nerve interference can show up as dis-ease in our bodies throughout our lives. Our mission is to promote the health of our community by providing state of the art complementary and alternative healthcare to people of all ages, with a focus on prenatal and pediatric care. At Seed of Life, your wellness is our priority.

As an office, we are taking a Social Media Break - the algorithm is a tough place to be and we would rather spend time with you face to face ❤️
Please reach out to us via phone/text or email
We may be back in the future and NOTHING is changing with our business status in the office. We are still seeing folks Mon-Fri at our usual hours.
Looking forward to seeing you in Eastlake

Food is a human right and is an immediate and tangible way to help someone. Every donation of food helps.

We accept donations of non-perishable food in jars, cans and sealed packets. We recommend sauces, soups, beans, vegetables in cans or jars, honey, peanut butter, candy, boxed juices, long-life milk, & coconut cream

Seed of Life is also collecting donations for the Ballard Food Bank and will match the first $1000 collected. (We are happy to collect cash/checks OR show us your donation receipt to any org supporting food security!) Together, we can help our community to be fed this Holiday Season.

Fremont, that's a wrap!

Just over 9 years ago I moved to Seattle knowing NO ONE and opened Seed of Life in Fremont in a tiny room on N 35th st. Some of you probably remember my sweet little Hobbit Hole of a room. It welcomed so many new lives into the world, held onto a lot of stories, and was a safe container for me to become a Small Business Owner.

Fast forward to 2020 and I moved the practice to N 36th st - to a space that was just beyond my imagining. Most of you met me here and journeyed with me to find Dr. D. She helped put her mark on this space and grow Seed of Life to its current status. We are a heart open, gentle space that invites people to join us on a wellness journey.

This space has been the place where I learned to be more than a Doctor, but a mentor.

And, oh, if walls could talk... The stories these would tell. They have held space for vulnerability, fiery anger, fear, grief, but more importantly, growth, light, transformation, and JOY. They have witnessed humans in their humanity (especially this one). They have heard baby giggles, sobs, belly laughs, and sighs.

This space has held so many of us and it has been beautiful.

And just like that, 9 years have flown by and it's time to leave Fremont. To have Better Parking. To have a space that can hold community events. To have a reception space that can hold families❤️

It's time to start our Eastlake Chapter.

I have so many dreams for this space. I have so much hope. I am so grateful for the community that this practice is. I look forward to adding another provider to our clinic. I look forward to growing with you.

With love, gratitude, and intention
Dr. Sam

Ps- thanks to all the hands that made light work.of.thos move💖
