Join us for the next installment of our herbal series, where we’ll dive deeper into the world of bitters with Herbal Detox & Kitchen Medicine — an exploration of how herbs and food work together to support digestion and the body’s natural detox pathways.

Date: Thurs, May 7
Time: 7–9 PM
Location: Village Medicine

In this two-hour experience, we’ll begin by breaking down how the liver, digestive system and elimination pathways work together to support natural detoxification and how specific herbs and foods can enhance these processes in a sustainable, everyday way.

Then we’ll move into the kitchen for a hands-on portion, where you’ll learn how to incorporate bitter herbs into simple, delicious recipes designed to support digestion and liver health.

You’ll leave with practical tools and inspiration to bring herbal medicine into your daily routine.

No prior experience needed—this session stands on its own, whether or not you joined our first bitters offering.
