A little late in posting.

2024 PCR 10k Challenge completed! An off leash dog park is probably not the most efficient place to get it done. But there were many puppers cheering us on!

And we celebrated with the best cherry pie on Pi Day!

Philadelphia City Rowing is an amazing program making a difference in the lives of young people through the sport of rowing. I have supported it for many years.

Busy weekend in Philadelphia.

On Friday, I worked with HP Athletes at PennAC. I evaluated each athlete, on and off the erg, on key mobility, flexibility, and strength areas to see how these factors may be affecting their posture and efficiency in their stroke.

The team will be given a general core and correctives program that will be coordinated and integrated with their strength program written by . And each athlete will be given some individual work, if needed.

The goals are always 2-fold: improving performance and injury prevention. Little tweaks here and there can make a big difference in both areas.

Washington's men's rowing team won the James Ten Eyck overall points championship for the 12th time in the last 13 years, but for the third year in a row, Yale took home the Intercollegiate Rowing Association national championship with a win in the varsity eight grand final Sunday at Lake Natoma.
