Last night, our team at GPT Physical Therapy had the pleasure of collaborating with Dr. Keith Cummings of Virginia Mason ! Dr. Cummings shared his extensive expertise in non-surgical orthopedic care, as well as orthobiologic treatments like platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and steroid injections. We are grateful for the chance to learn from such an experienced physician and for the valuable insights he shared that will strengthen how we care for our patients!

Jared is a Maryland native, excited to be a part of the Greater Seattle community, helping the local community achieve their goals and restore their function! He is a passionate clinician who loves working with patients from all backgrounds and levels of fitness.

He loves to run, lift, play soccer, and find new ways to stay active himself. His athletic training and orthopedic specialty background allows him the benefit of treating ailments across the entire body. In doing so, he loves to take up-to-date evidence-based research, mixed with his ongoing experience and patient-specific needs, to create effective and efficient treatment plans for his patients.

Our Lake City PT's checked out last week and had a blast! As Physical Therapists, we consistently seek classes that balance cardio and strength training, with knowledgeable and inclusive instructors! We also like to make sure we stay up to date on what is available in our community for our patients!

Lisa earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA after receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of Washington. As a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) with a passion for helping individuals recover from injury and return to their active lifestyles, Lisa brings advanced knowledge and expertise to the treatment of upper and lower extremity injuries. Specializing in working with runners, skiers, weekend warriors, and overuse injuries, Lisa takes a personalized approach to rehabilitation, focusing on functional movement, education, and injury prevention. Whether you’re overcoming an injury or striving to improve performance, Lisa is committed to helping you reach your goals and stay active.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys skiing, running, yoga, traveling, hiking, fishing, and spending time with her husband and Golden Retriever.

Special interests: skiers, return to running, pre- and post-operative care, weekend warriors, sports rehabilitation, knee and hip conditions, shoulder conditions, ergonomics.
