Feeling heard shouldn’t be considered luxury healthcare.

You shouldn’t have to pay a premium just to have someone listen to the full story, ask thoughtful questions, and take your concerns seriously.

Good care should feel personal.
It should leave room for questions.
It should consider the bigger picture.

And it should make you feel like a person, not an appointment on the schedule.

At Natural Medicine of Seattle, that is the kind of relationship we want to build with every patient who walks through our doors.

Because feeling heard isn’t an extra.
It’s where good healthcare starts.

Getting 8 hours of sleep does not always mean you are getting 8 hours of quality sleep.

If you are snoring, waking frequently, moving throughout the night, or starting your morning already exhausted, it is worth asking what is disrupting your rest.

Poor sleep can affect everything from energy and concentration to recovery, appetite, and cardiovascular health.

The first step is understanding why it is happening.

For some patients, that may include a sleep study or lab work. For others, treatments like NightLase may help address snoring and breathing issues by improving tissue tone in the mouth & throat.

There is no single solution for poor sleep. The right treatment starts with identifying the problem.

If you are getting enough hours but still waking up tired, let’s figure out what is happening while you sleep.

At this point, we’re going to need more than one episode.

Estradiol patch shortages. GLP bridge programs. Lantus shortages. Lettuce giving everyone trust issues.

Healthcare has had a few plot twists lately.

The good news? We’re keeping up with them so our patients don’t have to spend their evenings trying to piece it all together on Google.

Consider us your medical home base for whatever season comes next.

You know what’s never given me parasitic diarrhea? My iron infusion.

The internet may have us questioning a few things right now, but getting the iron your body needs does not have to be one of them.

For patients with iron deficiency who are appropriate candidates, Venofer delivers iron directly into the bloodstream without relying on absorption through the digestive system.
Because sometimes your body needs more than another supplement and a “let’s see how you feel.”

If low iron has been leaving you exhausted, foggy, or feeling unlike yourself, let’s figure out what is actually going on.

What you don't always see behind the camera...

Between missed lines, laughing at ourselves, and one too many retakes, there are plenty of bloopers that never make it into the final video.

We take your health seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously.

Creating educational content is one of the ways we connect with our community, and sometimes the best moments are the ones that weren't planned.

Here's a little behind the scenes from the Natural Medicine of Seattle team. Thanks for laughing with us.

You are not "fine."
You are just not sick enough to meet the criteria for a diagnosis.

There is an important difference.
Many people experience fatigue, brain fog, digestive issues, hormone changes, poor sleep, or chronic stress long before a condition shows up on standard testing.

That does not mean your symptoms are not real.
It means your body may be signaling that something is changing.

The goal is not to wait until your health declines enough to qualify for a diagnosis.
The goal is to understand what your body is telling you before that happens.

Because feeling "not sick" is not the same as feeling well.

If you know something feels off, it is worth looking deeper.

Hair thinning is often a signal, not just a cosmetic concern.
Changes in hormones, nutrient status, inflammation, and circulation can all play a role.
That is why we look beyond the scalp to understand what may be contributing to hair loss.

When appropriate, PRP therapy uses your body's own growth factors to stimulate hair follicles and support thicker, healthier hair over time.

The earlier you address hair loss, the more options you may have.
If you have been noticing more shedding or thinning, it is worth a conversation.

Taking more supplements will not solve a problem that has not been identified.

We see it all the time.
A supplement for energy.
One for sleep.
One for digestion.
One for hormones.

But the symptoms are still there.

Supplements can be incredibly helpful when they are targeted to the right issue. The problem is that many people are trying to treat symptoms before they understand what is causing them.

The real question is not, "What supplement should I take?"
It is, "Why am I experiencing these symptoms in the first place?"

Because better results start with better answers.

Seattle has been our home for years, and serving this community is something we never take for granted.

Every day, we have the privilege of caring for people through all stages of life. From annual checkups and preventative care to complex health concerns and major life transitions.
What we love most is the relationships.

Getting to know our patients. Watching their health improve over time. Celebrating their wins. And being a trusted partner when life feels challenging.

Healthcare is about more than appointments and treatment plans. It is about people.
To everyone who has trusted us with their care, referred a friend, or supported our practice along the way, thank you.

We are proud to be part of the Seattle community, and we look forward to serving it for many years to come.

If your treatment plan starts and ends with a prescription, then something is missing.

Medication can be an important tool. But it should not stop the conversation.
Why are the symptoms happening in the first place? What factors are contributing to them? How are stress, sleep, nutrition, hormones, inflammation, and lifestyle affecting the bigger picture?

A prescription may help manage a symptom. Understanding the root cause helps create a path toward long-term health.

The goal is not to avoid medication when it is needed. The goal is to look deeper and make sure we are not overlooking the reason your body is asking for help.

Because good medicine is not just about treating symptoms, it’s about understanding the person experiencing them.
