What if yoga could change more than the way you move?
Spira’s 200-Hour Yoga & Mindfulness Training is about much more than learning how to teach yoga.
It’s an opportunity to explore how we pay attention, how stress and habits shape our behavior, how the body can support nervous-system regulation, and how mindfulness can help us respond to life with greater clarity and stability.
Along the way, we’ll question some of the assumptions we carry about identity, success, happiness, and what it means to live well.
You’ll study traditional yoga philosophy, meditation, and history alongside modern anatomy, movement science, psychology, and mindfulness.
And you won’t be handed a script or a collection of cookie-cutter sequences. You’ll learn to think, question, observe, and create—so you can develop practices and classes that make sense for real people and real bodies.
And here’s the important part:
You don’t have to want to become a yoga teacher.
Maybe you want to deepen your own practice.
Maybe you already completed a 200-hour training and want more depth.
Maybe you’re looking for practical tools to work with stress and anxiety.
Or maybe you’re simply curious about yoga as a path of self-discovery.
This training is for all of those reasons.
Seven months. One or two weekends a month. A Yoga Alliance–approved 200-hour certification. And a lot of opportunity to learn, question, and grow.
Because when you practice yoga deeply, it becomes less about perfect poses and more about developing the capacity to pay attention, think clearly, and meet life with greater awareness and purpose.
Maybe that sounds like something you need right now.
