Before you blame the clubs, the shoes, or that one “off” round… let’s look at how your body is moving.

Our golf rehab assessments are designed to help golfers recover from injury, improve movement efficiency, and better understand what may be affecting their swing.

Using the Titleist Performance Institute framework, we assess mobility, strength, rotation, balance, movement control, and common swing faults to help build a plan that supports your return to the course.

Because yes, your equipment matters. But the most important piece of equipment is you.

Summer sports often come with soreness, especially when activity levels increase. The key is learning the difference between normal adaptation and true overload. Knowing when to push, modify, or recover is a huge part of staying healthy and active.

If every ride comes with the same little aches and adjustments, your bike might be giving us clues.

A bike assessment is about finding the small changes that make a big difference... so your body can spend less energy compensating and more energy riding.

Balance issues don’t always look obvious.
Sometimes it’s just feeling a little off, a little unsteady, or not quite like yourself.

After a concussion—or even without one—those signals matter.

If your balance is starting to affect your day-to-day life, take the quiz in our bio.

Most people think they just need to “rest it off” after a concussion.

And while rest is important early on, if symptoms like headaches, dizziness, or brain fog are lingering… your body might need more support than rest alone.

This is where physical therapy comes in.

At Renew, we look at how your brain and body are communicating—and help guide you back to normal function, safely and intentionally.

If symptoms aren’t improving or are getting worse in the first few weeks—or if you want guidance on returning to school, work, or sports—it’s a good time to come in.

If something still feels off, it’s worth getting checked.

⚖️ Feeling off, dizzy, or unsteady? Take the quiz in our bio to see if PT could help.

Pain is a signal, but it’s not always a sign of damage, especially in longer-term or recurring issues.

Avoiding movement entirely can actually make things worse by increasing sensitivity, reducing strength, and lowering your body’s tolerance to activity.

Research supports graded exposure to movement, where you gradually reintroduce activity to help the body adapt, build confidence, and reduce pain over time.

The key is doing the right type and amount of movement...not doing nothing at all.

In case you saw the first version… yes, the AI filter absolutely violated our team 😂 so here’s the actual photo from this weekend’s half marathon.

Huge shoutout to our Renew crew who showed up and crushed it 👏🏽🏃‍♂️

Thuy and Brent brought the veteran race-day experience, Lance completed his very first half marathon, and Kyle battled an injury but still kept the support high.

Even better than the race itself was watching this group stick together, support each other, and represent the kind of community we’re proud to have at Renew.

Proud of all four of you 💙
