Summer golf plans are better when your body feels ready for them.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with stiffness, or trying to prevent pain from creeping into your swing, our golf rehab assessments can help you understand how your body is moving and what may be holding you back.

At Renew, we look at mobility, strength, rotation, balance, and movement control to build a plan that supports your return to the course.

Because the goal isn’t just to play again — it’s to feel better while you do.

Sport performance (whatever your sport of choice may be) isn’t just about endurance. Stability, positioning, and movement control all influence how efficiently you produce power and tolerate activity progression.

06/08/2026

The Sorensen Hold helps us assess endurance through the low back, glutes, hamstrings, and posterior chain... all key players for cyclists, especially on longer rides.

For general performance, a 60-second hold is often a strong benchmark. For biking, we’re typically looking closer to 90 seconds because your body needs to sustain that forward riding position for much longer.

If your low back starts to fatigue before the ride is over, this test can help us understand whether it’s a bike fit issue, a strength/endurance issue, or both.

Better fit. Better support. Better miles!
