First - Comment “RESET” to get my FREE Minimum Mom Method guide which has everything you need to start TODAY, even if you only got 4 hours of sleep last night and are holding a toddler.
Ok here it is: Prove to yourself that you can keep a promise to yourself in 5 minutes.
Because I know 30 minutes sounds great in theory.
You picture yourself getting the workout in, feeling strong, checking the box.
Then reality happens, your baby needs you and doesn’t nap, the meeting runs over, someone can’t find their shoes, you get interrupted so now, you didn’t finish your workout and you feel defeated instead of proud of what you DID do.
So what if we flipped the script?
Start with 5 minutes. DO it. Feel accomplished. Get that little hit of “f**k yeah, I actually did it.” And if you have another 5 minutes? Do another 5.
Then maybe one day, 5 becomes 10.
10 becomes 15.
15 becomes 20.
Not because you forced yourself to suddenly become a woman who has 30 uninterrupted minutes every day.
Because you built the habit of showing up.
That’s the psychology behind the Minimum Mom Method.
We don’t start by asking, “What would my ideal workout look like?”
We start by asking, “What can I actually keep doing in my real life?”
5 minutes isn’t the destination. It’s the fu***ng starting line.
