Breathing Space introduces a unique Breath, Reading and Reflection Practice experience, with Laura.

Each 60-minute session combines gentle yoga with guided, innovative meditation. This integrated practice is designed to help you:

1) Connect your head and heart
2) Process emotions with greater clarity
3) Restore emotional energy
4) Increase emotional awareness
5) Deepen insights

In a quiet, nurturing environment, you’ll learn effective tools for emotional wellness that you can carry with you into daily life. Whether you are new to meditation or experienced in mindfulness practices, our practice offers space for you to slow down, reflect, recharge and reconnect.

Time for our Reflection for 2025.

Let's check in.

How are you feeling today? Feeling rushed, stressed, sad, disappointed, lonely, calm, quiet, fulfilled, hopeful, recharged, happy or ....

Let's take a moment to slow down, quiet down, have a cup of tea, coffee, or any of your favorite drinks by your choice. You deserve a moment of quietness.

Allow your nerve system to slow down, quiet down and reflect.

We need to give ourselves permission to slow down in quietness. It is not easy for most people in general if it is not your usual practice. I know that. Why not try it? 🙂.

Let's reflect on the year of 2025. I believe there were moments of laughters, happiness, gratefulness, sadness, disappointment, frustration, hopefulness, excitement, and others.

Allow yourself to acknowledge each moment and the memories attach to each of the emotion.

Take a few deep breathe, breath in and breath out gently and calmly. It's time to allow yourself to see YOURSELF and to reconnect within YOURSELF.

Let's nurture your inner self by giving yourself a very loving and caring gentle touch of your true self.
