Therapy is cool.

During a recent visit to my own therapy session (because yes, therapists also need therapists), I spotted stickers on the side table with motivational sayings. That's when I found one I had to have: "Therapy is cool."
It might sound simple, but in a world where there's still so much stigma around mental health, this little statement feels powerful.
I've been on both sides of therapy. As a provider, I get to create a space where someone can show up as their true, unfiltered self - no judgment, no shock value, just safety. As a client, I get to talk to someone who listens without bias, validates my experience, and helps me see things differently so I can grow.
That's why therapy is cool. It's people choosing to show up - either for themselves or for others - and creating space for real growth, healing, and authenticity.
And honestly? That sticker now lives on my laptop as a daily reminder.
