We had such a great evening at the support group learning about GLP-1 medications from our own Julia Fuller, APRN. Thank you so much! Can’t wait to see everyone for our May meeting. It will be Tuesday May 26 at 6pm.

We are going to discuss exercises for the things “that ail us”. For example, do your knees hurt when you walk? What exercises help, etc.
