Women of Sonoma County, we are still looking for a couple more ladies to join us for our group, LOL and Deeper! 💛

This fall, my dear friend Alyson Filippa and I are co-hosting LOL & Deeper, an 8-week women’s healing group that blends improv games, psycho-spiritual teachings, and heartfelt group process. Because healing shouldn’t have to be so much work! Let’s have some fun while we confront our shadows. 😂

If you’re ready to do the deep work without losing your sense of play (or your mind), come join us. No performance required. Just show up as you are. 🧡

The Women’s Earth Spirit Circle begins 5/21 - a yearlong, nature-based women’s circle for those seeking deeper connection: to themselves, to nature, and to their wild sisters.

Together we gather for camping trips, daylongs, solo time in nature, creativity, dancing, deep inner work, delicious meals cooked for by your guides (when we’re not intentionally fasting 🤪), and a 10-day wilderness vision fast experience.

This is a space for women in transition, holding a prayer, seeking belonging, or longing to reconnect with something essential.

Hey everyone!
Happy New Year! Who knows what 2025 will bring on a global scale—it’s been wild, and it only seems to be getting wilder.
On a personal level, though, I’m feeling so excited about this year. There are so many milestones to celebrate:

• 🎓 My kiddo is graduating high school! She’s an incredible human being, and I couldn’t be more excited to see where her next chapter takes her.

• 🎉 I’m turning 50! Honestly, I never imagined 50 would feel this way. It feels good. I know myself, I love myself, and I’m in love with life—wrinkles and all.

• 🌿 I’m co-guiding a year-long ecotherapy program! Spending time in the wilderness with an amazing group of women and a team of guides I truly admire? Yes, please!

In these times of contradictions and uncertainty, I’ve come to realize that understanding, accepting, and allowing my light to shine—no matter the state of the world—is essential. It’s how I stay grounded and present.

I’d love for you to join me on this journey!
We’re inviting women to step into a year-long ecotherapy program of transformation, connection, delight, depth, and magic. Together, we will heal ourselves, support one another, and deepen our connection to the earth.
