Fit has a new trainer, Jenna Merrow! We are thrilled to have her, and all that she can offer to our clients, on our team.

Jenna has been professionally coaching within the health and fitness field for over 8 years and is passionate about helping others find their own empowerment through wellness.

As a Functional Training Specialist, she incorporates super slow and functional training methods to improve mobility, stability and body composition.

Using her experience health coaching and nutrition degree from U.C. Davis, she teaches women an anti-diet approach to reduce weight and gain food freedom.

As the global pandemic forces businesses to adapt to a new normal, Fit has implemented a strict safety and sanitation protocol.

- We have always prided ourselves on having only client and one trainer on the gym floor at any given time. We have taken that one step further - we are now staggering all work out sessions by 15 minutes so the only person you come in contact with is your trainer. That 15 minutes also gives us time to sanitize each and every piece of equipment a client has touched.
- We have installed state of the art HEPA (high efficiency particulate air) filters in the gym and massage room to eliminate 99.97% of viruses, smoke, dust and other allergens.
- We have touch-less hand soap and touch-less hand sanitizer dispensers.
- Clients are required to wash hands immediately upon arrival, followed by putting on disposable latex gloves. Gloves and masks will be worn by both clients and trainers and will be provided for you.
- We will open the door for your entry and exit.
- We kindly ask clients to refrain from bringing any personal items, other than keys, into the gym to reduce any outside contamination.
