We can get stuck in the familiar and struggle to find another way of experiencing our lives. Sometimes we just need a new experience, something to show us another possibility, for us to be able to let go of old patterns. It is possible to relax into something new and healthier for our overall well-being.
Therapy can be the perfect place to experience this. The therapist can hold up a mirror to reflect the old pattern and then help identify a new reality, one we maybe had blinder to. Change is possible.
