As we move into summer, your practice might start to shift ☀️ Heated classes can feel amazing in the colder months, but when the weather warms up, not everyone wants to be in a hot room—and that’s completely okay.

Yoga isn’t about pushing through what doesn’t feel right. It’s about listening to your body, honoring where you’re at, and choosing what supports you.

Some days that might look like a heated flow that helps you sweat, move energy, and build strength 🔥

Other days, it might be a slower, non-heated class to ground, breathe, and reset.
We offer both, because your practice isn’t one-size-fits-all.
