LOL!! my sabbatical is over… the month of August flew by so fast!!

Yes, I had my phone turned off for days at a time… yes I went for a few walks, yes, I worked in my plant shed, yes, I slept late many days!!! Having been working closely with my chiropractor and my acupuncture/chinese medicine doctor... I have soaked in detox baths and trying to get more protein... ❤️

But I am back at it… And they are trying to kill me already. Lol.

HaHaHa... somedays this is very true!! But this estrogen shortage is killing me!! Everyday we are moving peoples prescription or changing the type of estrogen they are on. 🤦🏻‍♀️

It's the little things in life! 💖
The hubs bought me these becaushe knows I have a plant obsession... they normally have little mini fake flowers, today I found some weeds w flowers and I made these. Why? Because they made me smile... it took my mind off the crazy stressful world we live in for a few minutes. It shows there's beauty everywhere- even in places we aren't normally looking.
Take time to stop and find the beauty... take time to move your body, and take your vitamins, and drink your water and to hug your people. But... find the beauty- explore, take in the sights, breathe and be thankful. ❤️

Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to make the things happen… I totally forgot about these cookies… Bought them several months ago when I went to Savannah for my anniversary. Well… I'm home alone with the dogS, the fishES and the TURTLE, along w my 1000 plants... so here's to all of you… Sometimes you just gotta eat a cookie! I know I'm the Wellness lady… I paid for that second masters degree!! but sometimes you just gotta have a cookie! And if they're these little Byrds cookies, they're little so you can have several! (maybe not as many as I had! – mind your own business!)...
move your body… Take your vitamins… Drink your water…HUG your people. And occasionally eat the cookies!

I needed a puppy like I needed a hole in my head! She wakes up more times a night than my own kid did! She has chewed up phone cables, shoes and her own carrying backpack and more. But... she makes me smile. My patients love her when I bring her in... ❤️ Meet Betty...
