It’s not available for purchase quite yet, so this isn’t the official launch post — I’m just way too excited not to share the fact that I finally created something and sent it out into the world.

Months of work, two physical proofs, hundreds of tiny edits, and one very stubborn 341-page Canva file later… here we are. 😂

Your body has several ways of requesting maintenance.

Sometimes it’s a polite little “hey, we’re getting tight.”

Sometimes it’s a headache.

And sometimes it apparently decides subtlety has failed and makes turning your head an entire group project. 😂

One year ago today, I took a leap of faith and opened Intentional Healing Therapeutic Massage.

What I didn’t know was that my first year of business would also become the year I welcomed my daughter into the world.

This year has stretched me in ways I never expected—not only as a business owner, but as a mother.

Through every milestone, challenge, and celebration, you’ve trusted me with your health and healing. That trust means more than I can put into words.

As I return from maternity leave, my heart is full of gratitude. Thank you for supporting a small business, for referring your friends and family, and for allowing me to do work I truly love.

Here’s to Year Two. I can’t wait to continue helping you move better, hurt less, and feel more like yourself.

I’ll officially be out on maternity leave beginning May 14th, with plans to return around June 22nd in a very limited capacity while we adjust to life with baby girl.
