Yesterday was Waggin’ Wednesday here at the facility and Miss.Tara graced us with her fun and sweet personality. Tara is a 2.5 year old beagle mix and her adoption fee is $150.00. If you are interested in this sweet girl or some other furry friend please contact the local Sedalia Animal Shelter.

E.W. Thompson Health & Rehab Center performs quarterly checks on all staff, as required by regulation. If an employee is found to be listed be on the EDL (employee disqualification list) they would be terminated or we could apply for a Good Cause Waiver. We do not respond to rumor. However, this morning it was brought to our attention that an employee had been referred to the Family Care Safety Registry. That employee has been terminated.
