OUR HAPPI ROCKSTARS ARE… our 2 Administrative Support Professionals, Haydee Pintor and Pam Ball!

Haydee was nominated by Ken who recognized her for her willingness to learn new things, her determination to understand the entire process of how something is done, quick to catch on, and her willingness to help with numbers and spreadsheets. Thank you Haydee for all you do to make the office tasks run smooth! We appreciate you and are so HAPPI to have you on our team! 💜

Pam was nominated by Allison for taking on new tasks, adapting to changes quickly and promptly handling applications with ease and efficiency. Happy Wednesday HAPPI family and friends!

Today is 🤘 ROCKSTAR WEDNESDAY 🤘

Today, we want to recognize our incredible RN, Allison, along with every member of the HAPPI team who came together during a very challenging situation.

What unfolded required long hours, countless phone calls, quick thinking, and unwavering teamwork—all with one goal in mind: ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients.

As nurses and caregivers, it’s easy to become focused on diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans. But this week has been a powerful reminder that before anything else, our patients are human beings. They deserve compassion, advocacy, and people who will go the extra mile when it matters most. That’s exactly what HAPPI did.

We are so proud of Allison and of every team member who stepped up, supported one another, and never lost sight of what truly matters. Thank you all for your dedication, your hearts, and your commitment to providing care that goes far beyond medicine.

Allison would like to shout to the amazing Warsaw/Lincoln ambulance EMT that picked up on the situation and handled it with compassion and caring regardless of how the medical system has become. ❤️ As well as all of our amazing HAPPI team members pca’s, nurses, CEO that went and have gone above and beyond as any provider providing HCBS services out there would ever do! I am proud to be part of something that thinks about
the individual FIRST!!❤️❤️ Thank you to all involved!

Our 🤘💜 HAPPI ROCKSTAR 💜🤘 goes to our wonderful PCA, Carol Schnirch!

Carol has been nominated for her ongoing support and willingness to help wherever she’s needed—both in the office and out in the field. This month, she has gone above and beyond by providing extra help to our CDS workers and consistently demonstrating excellent communication skills.

Her positive attitude, teamwork, and dedication make a difference every single day, and we are so thankful to have her as part of the HAPPI family.

Today is rockstar day!

🤘 HAPPI’s Rockstar of the week goes to..our very own LPN, Angie Ballance! 🤘

Angie has been with HAPPI for several years. She has built meaningful, lasting relationships with our clients, PCA’s and other staff at HAPPI. She provides compassionate care, a listening ear, knowledge, education and is always willing to go the extra mile to make our people feel supported.

Not only is she an exceptional nurse, but she’s also the definition of a team player. Whether it’s helping a coworker, stepping into a different role, or taking on extra tasks around the office, Angie is always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed.

We are so grateful for your dedication and unwavering commitment to both our patients and our team. Thank you for all you do, Angie! Our patients adore you! We are lucky to have you as part of HAPPI! 💜✨

Our rockstar this week goes to Linda Gennetten Arnold!

Linda is a wonderful CDS worker for HAPPI so many of our clients talk with Linda frequently over the phone!

Linda consistently goes above and beyond for the individuals she serves. Her dedication, compassion, and commitment never go unnoticed. Whether it’s staying late to ensure things are taken care of, checking in on her people to make sure they are doing well, or driving to see them when they need extra support, Linda always goes the extra mile.

She approaches every situation with kindness, patience, and a genuine desire to help others. Her willingness to step up whenever needed and her unwavering support of those she serves make a tremendous difference in their lives.

Linda thank you for your hard work, your big heart, and for always putting others first. We are so grateful to have you as part of the HAPPI team!
