✨️Some time ago I recieved divine guidance ✨️
into a mantra or a "yoga" that I was to
Implement within my daily life that would
Help me come more into my true nature.
It was this:
"I'm exactly who I want to be, I'm exactly where I want to be".
Expanding upon this was "I am the one."
If I wanted to see a change in my life, my mindset, more love, gentleness in a situation..
I am the one to act. Not to live my life expecting others or circumstances to change before I take responsibility.
These yogas transformed my life immensely.
I began to recognize how often I was checking out of my body, my current situation in order to inhibit an ideological version of the current situation, or feeling into the future, future versions of myself, how often my mind would pull me into living in ideas rather than being present to the moments at hand. I realized how often I had been robbing my own self of the enjoyment of living life in the now, being who I am here now. and giving myself the gift of being fully embodied in the present. A gift I most wanted from others, but only began to feel reciprocated when I decided to be present for myself, and to be the one to provide what I was wanting.
This is a practice I am still having to commit to everyday. There have been times when it seems seemless, and times when my fear wants to take me somewhere else other than where I am now.
I am finding with people I work with.. time and time again, they are afraid to fully be just who we are in the moment. To allow themselves to be who they are. We want to put on a face, be more than we are, do more than we are to a degree that is robbing us from the presence necessary to transmute the circumstances of the NOW into the you you will become in the future. It begins with one day at a time, one good decision after the other. And a willingness to see, love, and be with who you are now fully. Otherwise all kinds of feelings of lack of fulfillment are inevitable.
If you try really feeling the mantras on a daily basis. You will realize how often you've been in "fantasizing" "chasing" or "remembering" rather than living. When you fully feel this, the seemingly mundane becomes heavenly.
