I have done a sound bath before in another state and it was okay, BUT WOW, this sound bath and reiki energy healing at Spirit Flow was insanely beyond my expectations. It was relaxing and exhilarating at the same time. Melina is a gifted and kind soul and gave us personalized attention and answered all our questions. My husband and I did a combo session and it was well worth the investment for our bodies and spirit. Absolutely will be coming back to visit Melina when we return to Sedona."

We had our retreat about 2 years ago and are still using techniques we learned. During the retreat, we really felt her time and presence was dedicated to our well being. I have traveled all over the world and love wellness retreats this by far was the best all around experience. The amount of time she spnds and the value you receive is unmatched and impossible to capture in a review. Just go, you will not be disappointed. I left feeling so centered grounded and grateful for my life again in a bigger and renewed way I cant explain. Shes a magical Gem!

Just like this fern taking its time to open up, or the ancient red rocks standing patient against the sky, your growth cannot be rushed.
We spend so much time pouring our energy, love, and patience into everyone around us. But today, the desert is reminding you to turn that same warmth inward. You deserve your own kindness, too. 🤍
