Is your energy being misdirected, or forced?

Are you consciously aware of this, or do you feel this as ache or pain in the body?

Pay attention to where there is resistance in your life.
When and where you feel pressured leaves you feeling drained.

Without solutions, no matter how hard you push, or how many ways you attempt to navigate, it stays stuck, and stores in the body disrupting the flow of energy.

Be mindful of the fact that this is a force which you may prefer to avoid, however, you are unable to avoid it any longer.

You must handle this carefully, as impatience and an overall unwillingness tends to be present, ergo, more resistance.

What is happening on the outside is also happening on the inside.
It is time to be honest with yourself.

Is this tension and resistance an effect from staying in something you feel you have no escape from or control over?

How is this impacting other areas of your life?

Do feelings of emptiness and lack of fulfillment in your life have you escaping into indulgences in order to distract yourself from distressing emotions?

Be aware that this is all leading you down a path that is in fact keeping you and your energy trapped.

Strong feelings of powerlessness or distractions will have you feeling as if you have no control over situations in your life.

This is a representation of your "shadow-side" that you would prefer to hide or ignore completely.

Until you can't.

It is time to acknowledge and accept that shadow side is
blocking the channel of energy within.
The situation you find yourself in needs your full attention.
The choices you are making are likely triggering deep feelings and truths which need to surface, in order to free you, and release this trapped energy.

It is time for making changes.
