Community Acupuncture is a beautiful and deeply relaxing way to receive the benefits of acupuncture in a peaceful, shared setting. You’ll settle into a comfortable reclining chair while receiving a treatment designed to calm the nervous system, restore balance, and support overall well-being. Many people find themselves in that space between sleeping and wakeful like. ☺️

🍂 We are entering the season of Metal.

In East Asian medicine, autumn belongs to the Metal Element, the season of the Lungs and Large Intestine, breath and release, grief and transformation, boundaries and discernment.

Nature shows us what Metal is about.

The trees do not struggle to hold onto their leaves. They release what has completed its season, drawing their energy inward and returning to what is essential.

Metal asks something similar of us.

What are you ready to let go of?
What deserves to remain?
What becomes possible when you create a little more space within?

The Lungs receive the breath of life. The Large Intestine releases what is no longer needed. Together, they embody the beautiful rhythm of receiving and letting go, again and again, with every breath.

This Saturday’s Metal Element AcuNidra will weave together ear acupuncture, Yoga Nidra, and sound healing with Anne Cameron to support this transition into autumn and invite the body into deep rest, spaciousness, and presence.

I just returned from leading an AcuNidra retreat in the Bahamas, and I’m so excited to bring that peaceful, grounded energy home to Sedona for our August gathering.

This deeply restorative experience will be devoted to the Earth element, the energy of nourishment, steadiness, and coming home to your center.

You’ll receive gentle ear acupuncture, settle into the healing stillness of yoga nidra, and be surrounded by Anne Cameron’s beautiful sound healing.

Come exactly as you are. Rest deeply, replenish your energy, and allow yourself to be held in a peaceful, nourishing space.
